Who Is a Good Candidate for Laser Treatment?
Most adults are candidates for at least one of our lasers. You may be a good candidate if you have:

- Redness, rosacea, or broken capillaries
- Fine lines, rough texture, or enlarged pores
- Melasma or uneven tone
- Acne scars
- Active acne that has not responded to other treatments
- Unwanted hair on the face or body
Laser treatment may not be appropriate if you are pregnant, have an active infection in the treatment area, have a recent tan, or take medications that increase light sensitivity. Your provider will review your health history and recommend the laser and timing that fit your skin.
What to Expect From a Laser Treatment
Every plan starts with a complimentary consultation, where your provider looks at your skin, asks about your goals and schedule, and recommends the laser and the number of sessions. On treatment day the skin is cleansed and, for resurfacing treatments, numbed. Most sessions take under an hour. Afterward you will get aftercare instructions, and daily sunscreen is part of every plan.
