Botox® for Hyperhidrosis

With BOTOX, Life Can be No Sweat

When antiperspirants aren’t doing enough to tame your underarm sweat, BOTOX can help. Known worldwide for its ability to relax the muscles that cause wrinkles, BOTOX neurotoxin also helps control the symptoms of severe underarm sweating when even clinical-strength antiperspirants cannot. It takes just about 15 minutes to inject a small amount of BOTOX into the underarm area. Within 4 weeks of your first treatment, you will experience a significant reduction in underarm sweating. This benefit will last up to 6.5 months before another treatment is needed. So, don’t sweat it! Those embarrassing moments and underarm shirt stains will be a thing of the past.

What Clients Say

BOTOX, a safe purified protein, has long been used for aesthetic purposes as well as to treat a variety of medical conditions including severe primary axillary hyperhidrosis, or excessive underarm sweating. To safely reduce underarm sweat, our clinician makes 10-15 injections in each underarm with a very fine needle. BOTOX temporarily blocks the chemical signals from the nerves that stimulate sweat glands, causing severe sweating to stop. The injections halt sweating in the treated areas only, so you will still sweat normally on other areas of the body.

You will notice sweat reduction within 4 weeks following treatment. Results are temporary, lasting about 201 days. Your symptoms will return gradually, at which time you will need to return for a maintenance treatment. If you think you sweat too much and sweating interferes with your daily activities, BOTOX can offer worry-free relief.
